Hearthfires are burning…victuals on the table, and my wagon is finally empty with all the gear stowed. What a wonderful gathering of patriots on the meadows of Maxwell Hall! Jack, Nick, Matthew Robert Comprix, Jason…and Kassy all did a spectacular job on the gun. Susan Gilmour and Kate served Carolina Snowballs, Chicken dumplings, and mouthwatering pies.

Friends from ST Mary’s, 1st Maryland, and the ropewalks filled our days with the latest news, humor, and even their rations!

We successfully drove off some menacing Tories with brave musket fire and our falconette. Thankfully, a dangerous duel with George Flintlock was resolved peacefully too and all disagreements have vanished.

Our Sunday worship was heartfelt and sincere. Thank you Captain Jason Posey

Fare well All, Keep your muskets oiled, your packs ready, and listen for the church bell or the booming gun to assemble again.

I am, & Shall Rmn, Yr Mst Obt Svt. Capt Dan.
